Virrine Elder

On Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 Mrs. Virrine Elder, loving mother and pulchritudinous sister was called by our Heavenly Father to be with Him in Glory, leaving a void in the lives of family members, that can never be filled.

Mrs. Virrine Elder was born to the late Mr. Lonnie Elder Sr. and Mrs. Ethel Tolbert on July 08, 1956. She found the Lord at an early age under the leadership of Pastor B.G. Hilburn. She attended Jackson High and Chapel Hill High School until graduation. She worked many years in the Health Care Industry, caring for others.

Mrs. Virrine Elder was united in Holy Matrimony to David Austin, and to this union three children were born.

She was predeceased in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Sr. and Ethel Elder, three brothers, and one sister Lonnie Elder Jr., Walter Elder, L.T. Elder, and Fayerine Elder Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memories three children, Valerie Austin (Clemmie), Brittny Austin both of Henderson, Texas, and Shayla Austin (Derrick) Ore City, Texas; one brother Elder James Elder (Sandra) Longview, Texas; two sisters Luciel Elder Gordon (Theo), and Linda Elder both of Deltona, Florida; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
