Veronica Ann Johnson

Veronica Ann Johnson was born September 14, 1961 to the parentage of Verna Johnson and reared by Frank and Tommie Lee Loyd.

She attended Grant High School, receiving her GED at a later date.

Veronica accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age.

Veronica was such a strong person through and through, from character, personality and her presence. Veronica was a great mother, sister, niece, cousin and friend.  She was very compassionate, and her life was devoted to helping others in need.

She met and married Fred Vaughn Jr. and to this union seven children were born.

Veronica was preceded in death by her mother, sister Brenda Johnson, and two brothers Frank Loyd Jr. and Christopher Loyd.

She leaves to cherish her memory: Children Shandra Tucker (Jonithan) Tyler, TX, Fred Vaughn III (Shell) Tyler, TX, Ekisha Vaughn, Tyler, TX, Valerie Smith (Anthany), Sharanda Vaughn, Andrew Vaughn, Mary Jo Graham (Antonio) all of Kilgore, TX. Siblings Gail Williams (Stafford), Lee Ester Hall (Jeffery), Patricia Chambers (Willie), Aquilla Johnson, Nina Herndon (Dementris) Elton Carl Johnson (Sheila), Marylin Evans (Olando), John David Johnson, Larry Loyd (Brenda), Linda Johnson, Cleo Loyd (Debra), Shawn Loyd, Greg Loyd (Seleta), nineteen grandchildren, one great-grandson, a host of friends, family, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and co-workers.
