Sentell Harvey

Sentell Harvey was born on March 3, 1955, in Rusk County, Texas to the late Maurice and Letesa (Myles) Harvey. At an early age, he became a member of Harmony Pirtle Baptist Church where he later became chairman of the deacon board. He attended Kilgore ISD and graduated in 1973. He attended Kilgore College, where he studied Diesel Technology. He was employed with Texas Utilities until retirement. He then started and operated his own company Harvey Earth Moving, Inc. until his health failed him. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
On June 23, 1979, he married Alice (Roberts) Harvey. To this union, two children were born Kendrick (Linda) Harvey and Joshua (Remona) Harvey. He is survived by his wife and children, three brothers Larry Harvey of Overton, Tx, Ronald (Vivian) Harvey of Dunn Loring, VA, and Gilbert Harvey of Overton, Tx. Four sisters Novell Lester of Dallas, Tx, Jeanette Portley of Overton, Tx, Pauline (Augusta) Morgan of Overton, Tx, and Shaketia (Larry) Lilly of Laird Hill, Tx. One Aunt Verge Myles of Jackson Heights. Nine Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren, Two God Daughters, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
