Robin Sidney "Pogo" Wheeler

Robin Sidney Wheeler ( Pogo ) , 68 of Kilgore, Texas, passed away on July 30, 2021. He was born on March 4, 1953, in Binghamton, New York, to the late Florent Harold Wheeler and the late Arlene Marion Stebbins Wheeler.

Robin loved the outdoors, animals (especially snakes), a variety of sports, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Robin married Debra Meyer in 1971 and the two were devoted to each other for over 50 years. They're union was blessed with three beautiful children: Sonja Wheeler (Kattie), Kem Wheeler (Gen), and Tiffany Wheeler. The family continued to grow over the years as nine grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren were added.

Robin is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Keith Patrick Wheeler and Kevin Clark Wheeler.
