Ms. Rex Ella Moss was born May 3, 1952 to the parentage of Tommie L. West and Henderson Okra in Rusk County, Texas. She attended Starr Bailey Public Schools. She was aresident of Longview for 10 years.
She died April 24, 2011 in Longview.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony Martin, Longview, and Gregory Hayslett of Kansas City, MO., mother Tommie L. West, Dallas; father Henderson Okra, Dallas; four grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
