Martha Isaac

Martha Gipson Isaac was born on May 9, 1945 to Lorenzo and Frances Gipson. Martha attended Mt. Enterprise Colored School and later married Donald Isaac. To this union five beautiful children were born. She was a great cook and homemaker that loved her family.

Martha Gipson Isaac was a faithful member of Unity Tabernacle House of Faith. She worked for Kilgore Independent School District until retirement in 2001. Martha cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and loved spending time with them and cooking for them! She was a great aunt that also loved her nieces and nephews. She was kind, always made time to lend a helping hand to those in need whether it be her family, friends or strangers and would do anything for anybody. Her smile and personality will be missed by all that knew her.

Martha Gipson Isaac was precede in death by her father Lorenzo Gipson; brother, Henry Gipson; sister, Lucille Price and great grand daughter Pasha Williams.

Martha Gipson Isaac leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Phyllis ( Mike) Brown; Tonya (Greg) Hawkins); Rhoda (Marvin) Kines; Barron Isaac, and Karen Isaac (Richard) ; her mother Frances Washington (Mt. Enterprise. Texas); Charles (Linda) Gipson (Mt. Enterprise, Texas); Kenneth (Denise) Gipson, Nacogdoches, Texas; Robert (Pricilla) Gipson (Good Springs, Texas) Marietta (Lee) Reed (Mt. Enterprise, Texas; Danny (Bobbie) Gipson (Kilgore, Texas); Samuel (Debra) Henderson, Texas; Sylvia Renfro (Longview, Texas); Richard (Sandra) Gipson (Beaumont, Texas); Kerry Gipson (Bonnie) Kilgore, Texas; Tyrone Washington (Henderson, Texas). She has thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grand children and a host of nieces and nephews.
