Marcus Ray Shepheard

Marcus was born to his loving parent's Leeroy Shepheard Sr. and Lorine Gibbs on June 12,1962 at Good Shepherd. He was raised in Kilgore, TX., where he attended Kilgore schools.

He went on from high school to work for Basic Energy and from there to work for Snow Coil where he was a supervisor until they closed. Then he went to work for Bee-line well service for Lane and Ken Jordan. On October 21,1991, He was united in marriage to Imogene Warren Shepheard of 30 years and three stepdaughters Nikita Smith, Anita Smith, and Desirre Smith and a baby girl June 2 ,1993 Tieyrika Shepheard. During his journey he was blessed with 14 grandchildren Shay Smith, April Manning, Christopher Ballard, Verlesia Hicks, Ty'Dravion Smith, Alexis Anderson, Ashilia Smith, Bianca Grey, Breanna Grey, Daylon Atkinson , A'kiamarie Smith, Alivia Clayton , Amiya Smith And Ta'kieyra Benjamin.

He attended St. John Baptist Church where he was baptized as a child.

Preceding him in death is: father Leeroy Shepheard Sr., Lorine Gibbs, brother's Lonnie Shepheard, Paul Wayne Shepperd, Robert, sister Tommie Lou, his niece Cherish, and grandson Christoper.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His loving wife Imogene Shepheard; daughters Tieyrika Shepheard, Nikita Smith, son Ja'Marcus Peagues Shepheard; two step daughters Anita And Desirre Smith; sister's twin Marcia Brown , Towanna Johnson, Cevela Kennedy, brother Leeroy Shepheard Jr.;Brother in-law David Scott; two special nieces Apollonia  Brown and Christal Shepheard; 14 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and extended family whom will miss him dearly..
