Lester Earl Roberson

Lester Roberson entered this life October 4, 1955 to the parentage of Jake and Lena Mae Hicks Roberson in Gregg County, Texas.He joined Mt. Moriah Baptist Church at an early age, and later was ordained as a Deacon. He attended North Chapel Schools and graduated from Sabine High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Lewis Roberson, Lafayette Roberson, Donald Roberson, two sisters Louise Neal and Emma Franklin. He passed away April 2, 2016. He is survived by daughter Angela Roberson, two grandsons, Kristhofer Haynes and Dontarius Haynes of Longview, TX; two brothers John Roberson of Lancaster, TX; Robert ( Connie) Roberson of DeSoto, TX; five sisters Lorriane Blair of Los Angeles, CA; Jessie Duncan of Red Oak, TX; Imogene Jones, Bernice ( Lee Vester) Lacy, Doris Roberson all of Dallas, TX; Shirley Benson Roberson, stepchildren La Marcus Bell and Sherita Mumphrey of Kilgore, TX; a host of other relatives and friends.
