Kevin Rossum

Mr. Kevin A. Rossum was born March 29, 1961 to the late Rueben Rossum Jr. and Mary N. Rossum.

Kevin attended public school in Longview, TX and graduated from Longview High School. He furthered his education at Kilgore College in Kilgore, TX. Kevin worked for Richmond State School for over 15 years and worked for over 20 years for Four J’s Day Activity Center. He held the position of Program Director until his health failed.

At an early age Kevin united with the Fredonia Baptist Church Kilgore, TX under the leadership of Pastor Emeritus Charles E. Gray. Kevin met and married Patricia Wallace and to this union two children were born.

He is preceded in death by his father Rueben A. Rossum Jr. and niece Sharonnica N. Andrews.

Kevin leaves to cherish his memory a son Levar (Keisha) Rossum of Middle River, Maryland; daughter Sherica Rossum of Glen Burnie, Maryland; daughter Samantha Rossum of Richmond, TX; and daughter Aisha Rossum of Houston, TX.

A precious granddaughter Nyobi Rossum of Middle River, Maryland; mother Mrs. Mary (Rev. Charles) Gray of Longview, TX; sister Sharon (Ronnie) Andrews of Longview, TX; brother Brian Rossum of Temple, TX; nephew Nicholas Andrews; and two nieces Cherrion Williams and Antoinette Dixon all of Longview, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.
