Joe Henry King Hilburn

He was born May 21, 1936 to the parentage of the late Grant and Noni Dansby Hilburn in Gregg County, Texas. He was a Kilgore native, a member of Mt. Pleasant CME Church,attended North Chapel Schools, served in the U.S. Navy. He died January 15, 2013 in Longview, Texas.He was preceded in death by his siblings.He is survived by; four sons, Tonnie Timms, Joe E. Hilburn, Jerry Hilburn, Timothy Hilburn; seven daughters, Phyllis Brown, Barbara Chambers, Pamela Harvey, Linda Dean, Diane Wallace, Loretta Arnold, Neta Washington; wife, Margie Hilburn;one brother Cecil Smith; host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
