He was married to the late Mary Hunt.
He is preceded in death by his mother, wife, and grandchild Curtis Dixon Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories: Step daughters, Jeanette Brow (Hosley), Barbara Conrod (John), Patricia Brager (Geno) all of Kilgore; Rachel Richardson and Ester Jean White; sister Gladys Mitchell; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends, special care-giver, Ms. Ruby.
