Helen Williams

Helen Williams was born on April 4, 1942 to the parentage of Willie

Washington and Mary Stevens in Bakersfield, CA.

She attended California schools and after graduation she moved to

Texas. She worked at Texas College, as a cook in convalescent

homes, and received many accolades for her work with many

outreach programs for disabled individuals.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Rufus (Raven) Smith

of Kilgore, TX, Raymond Smith of Sacramento, CA, Tony Smith of

Sacramento, CA, Danny (Elvija Ladaga) Smith of San Francisco, CA,

and Earnestine Smith of Hanford, CA. A host of brothers,

grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
