Gavin Clayton

Gavin D. Clayton was born December 26, 1986 to AC Clayton and Patricia Sheffield in Longview, TX.

He attended Sabine Elementary School, Overton High School and graduated from Kilgore High School in 2006. Gavin was a volunteer fire fighter for Sabine Fire Department and Kilgore Fire and Rescue, was employed by Top Cat Well Service.

Gavin enjoyed riding horses, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with family.

He leaves to cherish his memories his two children: Isaiah Clayton and Alivia Clayton; his wife: Nikita Smith; step-children: Ashilia Smith, Daylon Atkinson, and A'kiamarie Smith; his parents: AC Clayton and Patricia Clayton; sisters and brothers: Lekeysha Clayton, Brittany Staten,Teresa Brittain, Charles Clayton, Derrell Sheffield,Rufus Clayton, Tim Clayton, and Guy Clayton. A host of nieces and nephewswhom he loved dearly.
