Frankie Mae Houston

Mrs. Houston was born April 15, 1918 to the late Frank and Minnie Dennis in Pickton, Texas. On January 2, 1943 she married Rev. Willie L. Houston who preceded her in death in 1999. She spent most of her life in Winnsboro working as a beautician as a homemaker until her illness caused her to move to Dallas. She was a member of Hynson Chapel C.M.E. Church. She was preceded in death also by her sister, Mary R. Ross and two brothers James Dennis and Lowell Dennis. She is survived by her god-daughter, Frankie L. Ross; niece Frances McNeal; nephews Dennis K. Ross, and James P. Ross all of Dallas, Texas. A host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.
