Ms. Etta Morgan was born on December 18, 1956, to the parentage of Vernon Sr. and Katherine Morgan. She was preceded in death by her loving parents; her siblings, Mattie Bell, Vernon Jr., Willie D., and Paul; her grandmother, Mrs. Mattie D. Templeton; and her aunts and uncles, Mercy D. Woods, Mary Portley, Lucious Templeton, and Melvin Templeton.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her siblings, Robert Morgan Sr. (Jacinto), James Morgan (Sandy), and Sharon Morgan; aunt Lola Templeton Fraser, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
