Mr. Don C. Waters was born to the parentage of Lerlene and Joe Waters in Pirtle, TX on November 9, 1937.

He went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 22, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents, children Jimmy and Tony Waters, siblings Amy Austin, Jolene Alexander, Macey Williamson, Betty Brown, Barlette Johnson, and Roland Waters.

He leaves to cherish his memories loving wife Jerelene Waters of Kilgore, TX; children Debra Spencer of California, Deon Waters of Cerritos, California, Donna Waters of Kilgore, TX, Glen Waters of California, and Alphonza Waters of Kilgore, TX.; siblings Tamika Henderson, Roy Williamson, David Waters, Frank Waters, Nancy Henderson, Joel Waters Jr., Nathaniel Waters, Francis Waters, Marie Waters, Lucile Waters, and Arthur "Jonny Boy" Waters; 19 grandkids, 40+ great-grandkids and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
