David Lee Midgett

David Lee Midgett born on April 13, 1944 to the parentage of Charlie and Georginna Midgett.

Dorothy Midgett (wife), Sisters Mary Midgett and Georginna Hardy, and brother Charlie Midgett Jr. all precede him in death.

David worked as a farmer, Logger and Brooks Welding Service, and Kilgore Pipe.

His home church was in NC where he joined as a little boy.

David went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, February 27, 2021.

David is survived by his caring step-son Melvin Harris (Sandra) of Kilgore, Texas; one brother Charles Forehand (late Namoni); Sisters, Marjorie M. Hassel (late James) of Hertford, NC, Carolyn M. Langston (Charles) of Herford, NC, Doris Hardy of Edenton (late Reginal) of Herford, NC, Annie Harvey of Edgewood, Maryland, Carrie Davis (Gerald) Fayetteville, NC.  And a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews.

He will truly be missed by friends and family.
