Clyde Austin

Mr. Clyde Austin Jr. was born on July 10, 1950 to Clyde Austin Sr. and Clora Smith Austin. He graduated from Sabine High School in Liberty City, Texas in 1968. He attended East Texas State University. On May 5. 1973 he united in marriage with Mary Curry at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha, Texas. Clyde and Mary were blessed with two children, Tonia Ellen Austin (deceased) and Michael Clyde Scott Austin. Clyde was employed by Southwestern Bell in 1971 and retired from AT&T in January 2009 in Richardson, TX. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Austin Sr., and his daughter Tonia. He leaves to cherish his memories, wife Mary,son, Michael, sisters, Georgia and Mae(Arthur ), brother, Willie, sister-in-laws, Deborah, La Nell, Mechelle(Marcus), brother-in-law, Douglas(Joyce), and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
