Calvin Walker

Calvin Walker was born February 7, 1944 to the parentage of Elex and Lillion Walker of Kilgore, Texas. He attended Kilgore Colored Schools. He attended New Birth Fellowship Church. He was a cab driver in Dallas, TX. for many years, and also worked as a truck driver for Patterson Meat Company. He died September 19, 2010 at his home. Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister, and one great-granddaughter. He leaves to cherish his memories, a son Calvin Perry (Kim) a daughter, Cassandra Rauls, sisters, Pastor Ella Mae Walker, Brenda Sanders, Minister Shirley Mitchell, Ivory Faye Williams, brother, Rev. Tom L. Walker, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a special niece and nephew who served as his caregivers, Quin and Rommie Lee, a host of other relatives and friends.
