Billy Ray Kennedy

Billy Ray Kennedy was born to the parentage of Rose Kennedy and Billy Wallace on January 6, 1961 in Tyler, Texas. He attended Chapel Hill Public Schools. He was a member of Sharon Seven-Day Adventist Church where he remained until death. On January 1, 2011 Billy took his last breath here on earth before peacefully passing away.
He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Rose Kennedy; father Billy Wallace(Georgia); five sisters, Sherial Hancock(Jimmy), Trosha Kennedy, Karen Kennedy, Angel Wallace, and Melba Jo Wallace. Six brothers, Samuel Kennedy(Belintia), Thomas Kennedy, Randolph Kennedy(Tami), Joseph Kennedy, Tony Wallace, and Quinton Wallace. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Sandra Kennedy and Terri Wallace. A host of other relatives and friends.
