A Life So Beautiful, A Love So Deep, A Memory Forever Cherished
With heavy hearts and profound love, we celebrate the life of Anthony Dewayne Pyburn-Ross, a beloved son, father, fiancé, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. Born on October 17, 1992, Anthony departed this earthly life on October 21, 2026, at the age of 34. Though his time with us was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will be treasured forever.
Anthony was truly one of a kind. Loving, outgoing, and full of life, he had an infectious smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and a personality that could light up any room. His kind heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help others made him truly special. Anthony had a gift for bringing laughter and joy to those around him, leaving lasting impressions on everyone blessed to know him.
Anthony proudly graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 2011 and went on to attend Prairie View A&M University. From a young age, he attended Concord Missionary Baptist Church, where his spiritual foundation was nurtured. On March 6, 2005, Anthony was baptized, marking a meaningful milestone in his journey of faith.
Above all, Anthony cherished his family. He loved deeply, laughed freely, and treasured time spent with those closest to his heart. His beloved son, Anthony Dewayne Ross, Jr., was a precious part of his life and legacy. The love Anthony had for his son, his fiancée, and his family was immeasurable and will live on through the beautiful memories they shared.
Anthony leaves to cherish his precious memory his devoted mother, Sheila Ross; his beloved son, Anthony Dewayne Ross, Jr.; his loving fiancé, Gloria Carradine; his sister, Amber Ross; his brother, Diomedes Titus McNeal; his cherished great-aunts, Frances McNeal (Nana) and Frankie Ross (Tia); his great-uncle, Dennis Ross; his uncle and aunt, Derrick and Xiomara Ross; and a host of cousins, extended family members, dear friends, and loved ones whose lives were forever touched by his presence.
Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we thank God for the 34 years we were blessed to have Anthony in our lives. His laughter, kindness, warm spirit, and unforgettable personality will forever remain in our hearts. While we may never understand why someone so loved had to leave so soon, we find comfort in knowing that his life was a blessing, his love was a gift, and his memory will never fade.
Anthony, if love alone could have kept you here, you would have lived forever.
You were loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. Your legacy lives on through your son, your family, and every heart you touched. Though we can no longer hold you in our arms, we will carry you in our hearts forever.
Rest peacefully, our beloved Anthony. Until we meet again. ❤️
Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
Gone far too soon, but loved for all eternity.
